Peshawar: Advisor to the chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Information and Public Relations, Barrister Dr. Saif, in a statement regarding the recent Gallup survey, described it as “a snake in the peacock’s beak, with Maryam Nawaz sitting inside Gallup’s mouth, spewing venom.” He criticized what he termed as “toxic narratives about Afghan refugees, unnecessary noise about parks, and the illusion of Punjab as a business haven,” calling it a “comedic drama staged by the fake government.”

He further stated that the Gallup survey is nothing more than a politically-scripted narrative, designed on the instructions of Form-47 governments. “Surveys based on assumptions have no connection to reality,” said Barrister Dr. Saif. He challenged Gallup’s neutrality, questioning why it fails to highlight the failures of Maryam Nawaz, the deprivation in South Punjab, the menace of bandits in Sindh’s riverine areas, and Karachi’s deteriorating sanitation.

“Political parties and their narratives are shaped by the people’s vote, not by fabricated surveys,” said the Advisor. He asserted that the public is fully aware of who has stolen their mandate and is now illegitimately occupying power. “Tactics like fraudulent surveys cannot mislead the people,” he stressed.

Dr. Saif accused Gallup of risking its credibility for a few coins, adding that “controlling Imran Khan’s and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s popularity through manipulated surveys is nothing more than a dream.
