There is a shortage of medicines and several wards have been closed in Mayo Hospital. The hospital lacks diagnostic facilities and medical equipment. The Pediatrics Medicine, Surgery, ENT, and TB wards have been closed for several months. The hospital’s air conditioners are broken, and patients are compelled to bring fans from their homes. He expressed these views in a statement issued from here.
